Joanna enables business intelligence capabilities such as data modelling, transformation, visualisations and predictive analysis across different industries. Her solutions have led to actionable insights for institutions to grow revenue, increase productivity and optimise costing.

Previously, Joanna was appointed as the External Advisor to Bain & Co Dubai in providing critical analysis for the Abu Dhabi government. 

She has also held key research positions in population policy development under National Population and Talent Division (Prime Minister’s Office), Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Social and Family Development.

Joanna graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from National University of Singapore and a Master’s degree from University College London.

Investment professional with roles in equity research, corporate banking, private banking, investment advisory and real estate syndication from Standard Chartered Bank, DBS Bank and Bank of Singapore, for over 24 years.

Discretionary portfolio manager for a MAS-regulated fund for High-Net-Worth Individual (HWMI) and Family Office (FO) clients. Also served as trainer for equity and property investment.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Lincoln University. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternate Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Professional engineer by training, working at the heart of semiconductors, electronics, fiber optics, telecommunication and 3C industries for over 25 years. Career began with Hewlett Packard and advanced into industrial applications in the fields of precision engineering, robotics, warehousing and agriculture through leveraging the deep capabilities of the Industry 4.0, Internet-of-Things (IoT) and smart-manufacturing strategy.

Led and concluded cross-border business development across United States, China, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

Graduated with Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Aberdeen.

Ex-consultant with Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Covered functions in forensics, corporate Intelligence, market development, IT risk and assurance.

Handled private, public and financial institutions in Southeast Asia, with a special focus on the Malaysian market.

Graduated with Bachelor of Science in Information Management for Business from University College London. 

Consultant to corporate clients in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) application. Nigel has designed and implemented technological solutions to help companies optimise and automate integral functions in business.

Completed multiple government agencies and private sector projects involving end-to-end deployment of projects encompassing market research (qualitative and quantitative studies), data transformation, AI, ML, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and sentimental analysis.

Graduated with Bachelor of Communication Studies (First Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University’s Wee Kim Wee School of Communication & Information.

SJ is a Registered Clinical Psychologist in Singapore. She provides individual counselling, corporate workshops, retreats and classes for special needs. She specialises in using mindfulness and self-compassion techniques to work with employees and clients in dealing with work stress/burnout, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and relationship issues.

A strong advocate for mental wellness initiatives, she has worked in community-based settings, corporates and startups, with clients from Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, U.S, UK, New Zealand, Australia, Bhutan, Mongolia, Sri Lanka and India.

SJ received her Masters in Clinical/Community Mental Health from Western Illinois University.
